The whole Miami area has an exotic Latin warmth to it. The fabulous warm colours of the Miami décor to the genuine Cuban community in Little Havana. Couple and Families will love the miles and miles of classic white sanded beaches, with it’s year-round summer weather (not our summer) and great attractions such as the Seaquarium, and Metrozoo. Fast paced nightlife will keep everyone lively and up till all hours and if you can manage to walk around after that, then shop till you drop is next for you. .South Beach is full of wonderful hotels, great clubs, glorious food and water sports for your pleasure.

Talking of shopping, Aventura Mall is one of Miami's finest and easily reached by a local bus. Designer shops galore can be found at Dolphin Mall (near the airport), which has over 200 shops, or my favourite, head to South Beach for lots of individual cool boutiques. Coconut Grove is full of life, and has the trendsetting Bal Harbour Village, with its many flagship stores such as Hermès and Gucci etc. With the fantastic beaches at Key Biscayne offering windsurfing and sailing, and the famous Miami Seaquarium featuring marine attractions & dolphin interaction programmes.

Miami invented, Floribbean cooking, which fuses the best of Florida cuisine with many island techniques to produce something different and incredible. Restaurants in the Miami area are usually excellent value for money with a many of them serving food 24 hours a day. Sunday brunch is a popular affair, as is Cuban cuisine in Little Havana and Coral Gables. Try a 2 centre with Orlando if you are excited and want to taste the flavour of Florida, but don’t miss out on Miami.
