The standard and Executive villas we offer in Orlando are very comfortable and well-designed properties that will be ideal for your Florida holiday. They all have those wonderful desperate housewife American kitchens with great gadgets. All our Homes have a screened swimming pool, which will be perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day at the theme parks. The pool area will include sunloungers, tables and chairs, so you can drink and not drive to your hearts content.

All our Orlando villas are within a max of 25-30 min drive of the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Our allocated on arrival homes are in good locations and in various developments throughout the Disney area. The main difference between the standard and Executive homes is the quality of the furniture and the position in the resort.

We have tried to offer a service that many of our competitors are unable to give you. On many of our Allocated on arrival homes we will give you the address and driving instructions some 7 days before you travel. This will enable you to look at the area you are staying, and best of all you can pick up your hire car and drive directly to your Holiday home. We will give you a lock box number and you will enter the code and the key will drop down.

All the villas are short drive to supermarkets and places to eat. The Berry Town Center, located on Highway 27, has a Publix supermarket. Additionally, you'll find Wal-Mart supermarkets nearby. All our Homes have Air-conditioning • Cable TV • Kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher • Washing machine, dryer, iron and board • Garage • Screened pool • Terrace furniture.

All 3–Bedroom homes sleep max 8 persons. They have a master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms with either full or twin beds in each, plus 1 additional bathroom. 4-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are 3 other bedrooms with either full or twin beds in each and at least 1 other bathroom. Villas sleep max 10 persons. 5-Bedroom Villas have a master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, additional bedrooms feature either full or twin beds and at least 2 other bathrooms, and they sleep max 12 persons. We recommend that you go for 3 beds with 6 maximum etc as the extra 2 passengers will be allocated in the lounge on a pull out sofa, and as you will see the price difference for the larger villa will not be very much.
